At the end of it all these terms classify an employee’s ability to work out of the office either in the comforts of their own homes or at alternative work sites.
Telecommuting by definition means allowing home base communication systems to replace employees commute to their place of employment; thus making the employee a telecommuter.
With the technological developments that are available today telecommuters needn’t worry about their salaries as the money is sent to their bank accounts, lines of communication are mostly utilized to make sure that work goes smoothly, such as:
